Ahh to Relax

After a very busy week, I am glad to say that I got a chance to escape it this past weekend. I went camping at the Pinery. It was so nice to be able to get awya from work, and various other activities that keep a person busy day to day. Since me and Marleah got engaged, it has been really hectic. I must say it is nice to not have an agenda, and just to be able to lay on the beach and relax. The lay on the beach and relax part I did pay for however. I missed applying sunscreen to select area's namely feet and shoulders. So needless to say all it was a little sore the next morning, but a fair trade none the less.

One of those days!

Have you ever just had one of those days, where nothing seems to go right, well today was like that for me. I'll spare you all the boring details, and just share with you one highlight in particular. So this afternoon, at home, after accomplishing some paperwork and such, I go outside to find that the front driver's tire on my car has gone flat. Being 6:15, there are not many options for me at this point, so I take a trip with our van down to the gas station, and pick up a can of "Fix a Flat", a nifty little product that is supposed to fix the tire. So I put this stuff in the tire, and low and behold it appears to be working. Once the can is empty you have to take the car for a drive to build up the heat in the tire. I am driving around the block, and am just around the corner, when, I feel the car slowly starting to lower on the one side. I immediately turn around and head back home. The tire that was originally flat is now completely flat as I am a few driveways from my house. Then from the back of the car I hear a bang, followed by a hissing sound. I park the car in front of the house and get out. Low and behold, now the back tire on the same side is flat too. Needless to say I dare not more the car till I get them fixed, and even then, with the luck I am having the other two will do the same. It's just been one of those days.
